Service Supervisor
Job Description:
- $18 – 22 per hour
- usually 40-50 hour workweeks
Barber Trucking is currently seeking a Service Supervisor for our garage in Brookville, PA. The Service Supervisor would be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the garage to run efficiently. This includes following individual maintenance schedules for all equipment and being proactive to keep equipment up to company standards, before an issue can arise. The ideal candidate is willing to take initiative, while being a team player, in an ever-changing environment.
Knowledge of FMCSA regulations are ideal, but not necessary.
Other duties include but not limited to:
- Inventory and shop orders
- Ordering and handling Parts
- Handling breakdowns/road service assistance for OTR drivers
Pay:
- $18 – 22 per hour

Job Requirements
- Supervisor experience
- Prior fleet maintenance or dealership scheduling/parts ordering experience
- Able to switch tasks effectively and efficiently
- Forward thinker with effective time management skills
- Must have problem-solving skills that has company values in their best interest and can prioritize appropriately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred but not required:
- Knowledge of FMCSA Regulations
- Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
